PICO-8 Palette Patcher v1.3

Intended for PICO-8 versions 0.2.0i and earlier.

Supports future PICO-8 versions.
(Assuming zep doesn't change how the palettes are stored)

When asked for a version you may type in 'other' to manually input the palette location in case a future version is not supported.

In versions older than 0.1.11e you may not change color 0.

In order to apply an existing patch type 'use'.
In order to create a new patch type 'create'.

Please backup files before patching them.
